The weekend will include:

• Restorative, active and yin yoga
• iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation
• An Ayurvedic cooking class with recipes to take home
  
• A grounding essential oils interactive workshop with a blend of oils specially made for you to take home.
• Qi Gong
• Crystal bowl sound bath
• Ayurvedic food – 3 meals per day (vegan, fish & GF available) 
• An essential oil massage or shiatsu at your own cost
• A Saturday night surprise

Costs:

• Single Room: $1660 (Early bird before 1st of July 2023  2023 only $1500)
• Shared room: $1270 each (Early bird before 1st of July 2023 only $1170)

The Grande has been renovated and won’t be accommodating our retreats after this Winter Retreat unfortunately…… but we will find another special and perfect venue to support us all!
