We invite you to join our Spring Qigong Wellness Morning at The Steiner School Mt Helen on Sunday 10th September.

We will be focusing on cultivating, planting and harvesting Qi, developing awareness of movement through the meridians and a deeper appreciation of our breathing through guided meditation practices.

Talented harpist Christine Rojek will assist our Qigong sessions by playing her beautiful harp.

This special Sunday gathering will replace our Saturday morning class on the same weekend. Please wear warm comfortable clothing and bring your water, sleeping bag or blanket and pillow or cushion. Cost $35 and $30 concession. The Steiner School hall is a lovely space and can accommodate about 25 people so invite a friend to come along.
