This workshop will give therapists the skills and confidence to provide relaxing hot rock massage treatments.

The workshop will also cover how to safely address some common musculo-skeletal conditions using the thermal properties of the hot rocks which can help to improve circulation and muscle restrictions. A timely workshop in preparation for the cooler months.

Each participant will need to wear comfortable clothing and bring:

• Their own lunch
• Notebook and pen
• 3 bath sheets
• 1 regular size towel
• 4 hand towels

Afternoon tea and workshop notes will be included. Participants will also each receive a set of 4 therapeutic rocks.
