Howard and Margaret Evans will host two special sessions of Qi Gong at their country property accompanied by the tranquil sounds of harp.
Gifted harpist Christine Rojek will play for participants while Shiatsu and Qi Gong practitioner Howard guides them through relaxing Qi Gong breathing, stretching and meditation exercises.
The first session will be a regular Qi Gong class with Christine’s live harp performance.
