Howard and Margaret Evans will host two special sessions of Qi Gong at their country property accompanied by the tranquil sounds of harp.
Gifted harpist Christine Rojek will play for participants while Shiatsu and Qi Gong practitioner Howard guides them through relaxing Qi Gong breathing, stretching and meditation exercises.
This second session will be an extended Qi Gong class also with Christine’s live harp performance, some light refreshments included.
